Keep track of a person’s executive, attentional and memory functions and related brain activities, in a 10-minutes, non-invasive, standardize and automatized evaluation

Using high-precision Eye-Tracking, in a 10-minutes, non-invasive and standardized test, we are able to detect Mild Cognitive Impairment and to predict the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias, years before symptoms are visible.

With our own patented algorithms, we can quantify a person’s attentional executive processes, working, retrieval semantic memory and short term memory binding capabilities, detecting minor changes on their performance through short periods of time.

Finally, after years of scientific development in the field, we are able to link cognitive functions with specific areas of the brain.

EVALUATIONS

The process is completely automatized, meaning that no
technical training is required to perform the evaluation.

Visual Target Processing

We measure cognitive performance during encoding, maintenance and recognition of visual targets using the Eyetracking methodology.

Reading task

We measure cognitive performance during the reading of a corpus of well-defined sentences.

Visual processing during short-term memory binding

Using the short-term memory (STM) task we measure eye movement behavior when binding visual targets.

ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE BIOMAKER

In collaboration with Heriot Watt University from Scotland and Dr. Mario Parra, ViewMind
is developing an Alzheimer’s Disease Biomarker with the goal of predicting the onset of
the pathology with more than a decade of anticipation.
